Ontime Travel TICKET REFUNDS and CHANGES: First segment cannot be cancelled, without canceling the entire trip. Prior to Ticket Expiration, tickets may be changed or refunded with the following fees applied:

| Within 48 hours of flight departure | £ 100.00 | £ 100.00* |
| After flight is open for check-in** | £ 100.00 | £ 100.00* |
| 30 days after flight departure | NO REFUNDS | NO CHANGES |
*For ticket changes, passengers pay the change fee PLUS the difference in the fare. Same fare is not guaranteed. Exchanges are allowed for the same sector only. Fees apply for each passenger; For refunds, NIC/Passport must be provided for all passengers.
** Flights open for check-in 2 1/2 hours before scheduled departure time on domestic flights and 4 hours before scheduled departure time on international flights.
