We are pleased to reintroduce ‘FAMILY FARES’ for travel during the lean season of 2012. Sales can start
immediately UNDER PHASE IV till filing of the fare in the system is notified. Following conditions apply:

LEAN PERIOD : 01JAN-19MAR, 06APR-30JUN, 11AUG-20OCT, 01NOV-30NOV, 21DEC-31DEC

10% discount in all RBDs of Economy and Business cabin ex UK to Pakistan all gateways only .
Family size will comprise minimum of four (4) passengers excluding infant. Members may be any
combination of husband / wife and children.
In case husband and wife do not travel, to qualify for family fare, four children of same family can
avail this facility provided one sibling is an adult son/daughter over 18 years of age.
Family must be booked in one PNR and outbound travel must be together Ex-U.K to the same
destination.
Tickets MUST be issued together on the same date.
Return flights may be changed by dividing original PNR, cross reference of split PNR to be mentioned
in endorsement box of the tickets. Change fee, DOF if any , will apply.
Infant will not qualify for family fare and will be charged 10% of regular adult fare.
No other discount is combinable with Family fare.
Fare Code: FAM with number of total passengers in the family must be mentioned in tour code box.
Each agent to maintain record of this sale for audit purposes which must be made available on
demand. Record will comprise of passport photocopies of all families ticketed along with the
relationship among them. Failure to produce photocopies/proof of relationship when requested will
result in penalty for difference of fare of 10%.
It is mandatory that all family members must appear at the same time for check in.
NO AUTO REFUND IS ALLOWED ON FAMILY FARE. All refunds on Family Fare must be processed
through PIA Office. Non compliance shall result in penalty.
In case of refund of any ticket, or inability to travel of any member constituting the family, difference
of fare amounting to entire amount of the discount, will have to be paid, and will be collected by
