First Change

1. 07 Days or More Before Departure (One Change will be free of charge till 07 days prior to departure )

1. 2nd or any subsequent change till 04hrs before dept (For all subsequent changes GBP 60/- will be charged )

No-Show Charges

Applicable within four hours of flight departure or after flight departure

Originating Segment / Return Segment (Charge GBP 60/- equivalent in local currency)

Refund Charges

1. Fully Unutilized ticket (GBP 100/- will be charged as refund charges)
2. Half/Partially Utilized tickets (One way fare of the travelled segment/segments plus GBP 100/- will be charged )

Conditions:

The above charges apply only for tickets issued in UK( LON/MAN/BHX/BRF/GLA/STN) and travel originating from UK( LON/MAN/BHX/BRF/GLA/STN).
Charge(s)/Penalty(ies) apply to adult, child and infant (occupying a seat).
These Changes will be in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, booking class/RBD or any other reason.
Charge(s)/Penalty(ies) shall be levied in addition to any applicable difference of fare that may be due to change of seasonality, class of travel or any other reason.
Refund not applicable on remaining flight(s) if ticket is utilized out of sequence.
Charges will be Waived in case of death of passenger (official documents required)
Void Charges: Not applicable.
In case reservation change involves more than one sector at a time , change of booking charge will be applicable on the first unutilized segment. E.g. If a Passenger is holding confirmed ticket on MAN-LHE-MAN and desires to change both MAN-LHE and LHE-MAN reservation at a time, COB will apply only on first segment i.e. MAN-LHE only.
Above Conditions /Penalties apply both on tickets issued by PIA offices and agents.
In case of applicability of More than one penalty, only one penalty/charge which ever is higher will be payable.
Change of Booking Charges on International Tickets will not be applicable in case of any Change in Reservation on Pure Domestic Sector within Pakistan.
These Changes will be applicable through out the year.

Any change made within four hours of flight departure will be consider equivalent to NO-Show; and No-Show charges will be collected.
